Our Long-Term Talent program is a competitive program that is only open and available to a select few candidate. We ideally look for newly established or those who are wanting to break into the industry. We only work with 10 individuals at a given time due to the financial and time investment we make into them.

What is Long-Term Talent?

Long-Term Talent refers to individuals who choose to sign an exclusive agreement to work solely with Real World Media, LLC for a period of 1 to 2 years.

By joining the Long-Term Talent program, you’ll receive benefits not available to non-exclusive performers. In exchange for your commitment, Real World Media provides an angel investment of $10,000 to help build, launch, and grow your personal brand and image within the industry.

Benefits include:

  • Exclusive projects not offered to others
  • First right of refusal on all open or non-exclusive projects
  • Wardrobe provided for shoots (yours to keep)
  • Quarterly wardrobe allowance
  • Annual all-expenses-paid retreat to global destinations
  • Profit sharing (see “Profit Sharing” below)
  • Quarterly bonuses (see “Bonuses” below)
  • Management services (see “Management” below)
  • Personal product line (calendars, posters, magazines, etc.)

What Does Our $10,000 Investment Pay For?

The $10,000 angel investment is designed to help you establish and grow your career as a professional talent. It covers key startup expenses such as:

  • Registering your business legally
  • Creating a professional website
  • Developing a personal product line
  • Marketing and promoting your brand and image
  • Covering legal fees for copyrights and trademarks
  • Legal team review of contracts, including outside work
  • And more…

This investment is an interest-free loan provided by Real World Media to help accelerate your career. There are no monthly payments. Instead, we recover the investment through a mutually agreed 25% commission on your monthly revenue. This system ensures we can continue investing in new talent while supporting our existing performers long-term.

What is Profit Sharing?

Profit sharing means that Long-Term Talent receive a percentage of Real World Media’s annual company revenue as a reward for their loyalty and contribution.
Percentages are determined by each talent’s level of involvement and performance and typically range from 1% to 5% annually.

What Are the Bonuses?

Bonuses are paid quarterly to top-performing talent.
They are based on:

  • Sales revenue you personally generated
  • Participation in promotional projects
  • Other forms of revenue directly tied to your work

Bonuses equal 10% of the total revenue you helped generate during that period.

What Do the Management Services Include?

Our management team provides full-service career support to help you focus on performing while we handle the logistics.
Services include:

  • Securing outside shoots and projects
  • Handling bookings and scheduling
  • Managing travel logistics (tickets, hotels, car services, etc.)
  • Billing and collections for completed work
  • Managing product line inventory
  • Ordering supplies (wardrobe, props, etc.)
  • Managing fan mail and interactions
  • Overseeing social media accounts
  • General brand and business management
  • And much more…

How Do I Become Part of the Long-Term Talent Team?

To join the Long-Term Talent team:

  1. Complete the online application below.
  2. Once submitted, a recruiter will contact you to discuss the next steps and schedule interviews.

What Is the Interview Process?

Our interview process is designed to ensure the right fit for both the talent and the company.
It includes:

  1. Phone Interview – After your application is reviewed.
  2. Virtual Interview – Conducted via video call.
  3. In-Person Interview – Final meeting for qualifying candidates.

What Happens After I Complete the Interviews?

If selected, you’ll receive a 1- to 2-year contract outlining your rights and responsibilities.
Your contract will include:

  • Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
  • Non-Compete and Non-Circumvention clauses
  • Media and likeness release forms
  • Hold Harmless Agreement
  • Terms of performance and participation

This agreement clearly explains all expectations and benefits of being part of the Real World Media Long-Term Talent team.

What Happens If I’m Not Selected?

Don’t worry! If you’re not selected immediately, your name will be added to our “First Call List.”
This means:

  • You’ll be contacted first for non-exclusive projects before they’re offered publicly.
  • You’ll also remain eligible for future selection if a Long-Term Talent position opens.

Think of it as a standby list — your opportunity may come sooner than you think.

What Are the General Requirements for the Contract?

As part of the agreement, each Long-Term Talent member agrees to complete the following minimum unpaid shoots in return for the company’s initial $10,000 investment:

  • Initial Shoot: 8 hours to create essential content for profiles, marketing, and product lines.
  • Monthly Shoot: Minimum of 8 hours (can be divided up) to produce new and current content.
  • Quarterly Shoot: Minimum of 16 hours (can be divided up) dedicated to promotional and marketing materials.

These shoots help ensure your brand remains active, relevant, and profitable. We strongly encourage all of our contract talent to shoot as much as possible with the company as it generates more profitable content and helps ensure maximum bonuses and other revenue.

Our current contract talent average 6 hours per week in the studio shooting new content with a return of an average of $15,000 per month in revenue generated as a result.

Why Are the Required Shoots Unpaid?

Real World Media initially funds your career by investing in your business, brand, and marketing.
In return, you contribute to the company’s success by completing the agreed-upon minimum shoots.
This arrangement provides the content needed to promote you effectively, ensuring your brand grows and generates maximum long-term revenue — benefiting both you and the company.
